Abstract
In this paper, the theory of reversible wave for linear sweep voltammt ry st microring electrode is described. The behaviours of current-pote ntial curve are discussed in detail. The maximum current is expressed by an approximate equation which is valid for P less-than-or-equal-to 1 and gamma less-than-or-equal-to 40 of the microring electrode. In or der to verify the theory, the experiments were carried out on gold and platinum microring electrodes with K4Fe(CN)6 in 0.5 mol.dm-3 KCl solu tion. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoreti cal ones.
