A kinetic scheme describing dephosphorylation of acetylcholinesterase
coimmobilized with pyridinium aldoximes on a hydrophilic copolymer is
suggested. Kinetic study of the reaction suggests that enhanced reacti
vity of the coimmobilized system, compared to the free compounds, is a
ssociated with the formation of intermediary emzyme-reactivator comple
xes.
