Abstract
The authors report the findings in a case of early suprascapular nerve syndrome caused by a ganglion in the spinoglenoid notch. The diagnosi s was established by magnetic resonance imaging. The exquisite soft-ti ssue detail provided by this modality allows differentiation among man y causes of shoulder pain.
