Abstract
The authors report a mediastinal cyst treated by aspiration and ethano l sclerosis, which were performed under ultrasonographic guidance. Med iastinoscopy and thoracotomy were thus avoided. One year later there h ad been no recurrence of the cyst or any symptoms.
