Abstract
The surface compositions of multiblock copolymers of Bisphenol A polyc arbonate (BPAC) and poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) were studied by angl e-dependent X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Structure and annealing effects on the PDMS surface concentrations of the BPAC-PDMS block copo lymers measured at different ESCA sampling depths (up to 103 angstrom) are discussed. The glass transition temperatures of the block copolym ers and BPAC homopolymer were measured by DSC to determine the anneali ng temperature for the block copolymers.
