New branches of the spin wave spectrum of non-ferromagnetic metals wit
h quasi-local electron states have been found. The spectrum and decrem
ent or waves propagating in an arbitrary direction relative to the mag
netic field have been obtained. The differential cross-section of neut
ron magnetic scattering by new spin waves and single-particle excitati
ons of electrons localized at impurities has been calculated for any s
cattering angle. There are asymmetric peaks outside the Stoner continu
a in the energy spectrum a scattered neutrons due to scattering by sin
gle-particle excitations. Scattering by spin waves results in a series
of Lorentz satellites which are symmetric relative to the undisplaced
line.
