Abstract
This paper presents the experimental results concerning the production of a glucosoxidase rich proteic fraction, recovered from the micelles residues from the G-penicillin production. This first purification st ep consists in raw solution demineralization by ion exchange procedure s using macroporous ion-exchange resins. Both column batteries and mec hanical agitation techniques were used.
