Abstract
In this paper we present a study of different existing techniques whic h are used in fluorescence decay spectroscopy and are based on time-in terval measurement. An improvement in some of these techniques is obta ined by deducing more general expressions applicable to them. By using computer simulation methods the accuracies of these techniques are st udied and compared.
