Abstract
The paper presents the results of investigation of communities of birc h-mining Hymenoptera, carried out in Krakow, in the years 1990 and 199 1. The phenology, number and developmental dynamics of miners, as well as the effects of interaction of parasites and predators in combinati on with air pollution were studied.
