Abstract
For the SU(v) Calogero-Moser spin system, we obtain a series of new co nserved operators from the Lax operator. Furthermore, we show that the se operators realize the su(v) Kac-Moody algebra. The coexistence of U (1) and SU(v) currents corresponds to the charge-spin separation in th e model.
