Abstract
We simulate non-perturbative effects of QCD by a gaussian stochastic p rocess. The Green function for a non-relativistic quark-antiquark pair is evaluated analytically. Due to non-instantaneous interactions the Green function does not possess the Markov property. The resulting spe ctrum and the ground-state wave function are discussed.
