Abstract
A free solution capillary electrophoresis method has been validated fo r the enantiomeric purity determination of either enantiomer of flupar oxan. The method allowed determination of 1% of either enantiomer in t he presence of its stereoisomer. Method validation showed adequate det ector linearity over the required range. The method also gave good per formance in terms of sensitivity for trace levels of the undesired ena ntiomers, injection precision and recovery.
