Abstract
A mixed dinucleotide pdCpA, was synthesized and characterized by spect roscopic as well as enzymic analysis. The dinucleotide was acylated wi th an N-protected nonnatural amino acid (Boc-azoAla). The acylation wa s found to occur at the 2'(3')-O position exclusively.
