Abstract
Squeezed light from a Sagnac fibre ring may be used to test Bell's ine quality. This system is analogous to the original EPR thought experime nt. We show that Bell's inequality can be tested with homodyne detecti on of such light when the photon numbers of the squeezed vacuum and th e local oscillator are small.
