Abstract
Mullerian adenosarcoma is a rare tumor that usually arises in the uter us. Occasional cases arising in endometrial implants have been reporte d. We report the computed tomography (CT) findings of histologically p roven mullerian adenosarcoma arising in perirectal endometriosis in a 46-year-old woman.
