Abstract
A cell line which normally differentiates into myotubes is diverted in to cell proliferation and foci formation following the activity of an oncogene N-ras. Here we have examined the morphology of the cells by p hase contrast and electron microscopy at different stages in the biolo gical processes. We have also examined cytoskeletal changes by immunos taining.
