Equilibrium behaviour of self-complimentary deoxytetranucleotides d(Ap
GpCpT) in D2O solution has been studied by the method of proton magnet
ic resonance spectroscopy (500 MHz). Complete assignments of the d(ApG
pCpT) protons were obtained from both two-dimensional homonuclear COSY
- and NOESY-experiments. Concentrational and temperature dependences o
f tetranucleotide proton chemical shifts have been investigated. The e
quilibrium association constants and thermodynamical paramets or self-
association of the molecules have been calculated using theoretical mo
dels and regression equations based on experimental results.
