Abstract
Five new eunicellin-based diterpenoids named palmonine A, B, C, D and E have been isolated from the gorgonian Eunicella verrucosa. Their str uctures have been established by spectroscopic methods and their relat ive stereochemistry defined by extensive NOEDS experiments.
