Abstract
A 22-year-old male who had Mustard repair for complete transposition p resented with progressive exercise intolerance, documented by a gradua l decrease in exercise capacity on cycle ergometer. Cardiac catheteriz ation and angiography demonstrated subvalvular pulmonary stenosis. Aft er surgical relief of the obstruction, exercise capacity returned to p revious level.
