MORPHOLOGICAL STATISTICS FOR IMAGE ADJUST MENT

We want to test if an observed image might have been generated by a gi ven stochastic process. We propose a methodology which is similar to t he goodness-of-fit for distributions and uses statistics defined in te rms of morphological operations. The procedure is illustrated with the Poisson line process.
