Abstract
The role of dietary manipulation and vitamins in the prevention and tr eatment of certain skin diseases is reviewed. Manipulation of nutritio n by either diet restriction or supplementation can effect cutaneous d isorders such as skin cancer, wound healing, atopic dermatitis, psoria sis, and dermatitis herpetiformis.
