Abstract
Diethyl lysergamide (LSD) and 3-quinuelidinyl benzilate (BZ) are both extracted by chloroform in dependence on the pH value of the solution. The protonation constants were determined for both the bases and thei r distribution constants were calculated from their distribution const ants in the water-chloroform system. Conditions were studied for the f ormation of the ion associates with 13 dyes and for their extraction w ith chloroform.
