Abstract
Production technologies for manganese ferroalloys are examined in the light of the low manganese content and high phosphorus content of Russ ian manganese ores. A resource saving technology developed for the pro duction of low phosphorus manganese ferroalloys is described. Introduc tion of the technology will make it possible to solve the problem of m aking high grade manganese ferroalloys from domestic manganese ores.
