Abstract
The present cognitive paper gives an overview about current topics in neurosciences. Following Marr's (1982) conception, a computational ana lysis of visual selective processing is presented. Principals of moder n neural imaging techniques are discussed. Event related brain potenti als and event related magnetic fields are a suitable method the identi fication of different subsystems involved in cerebral information proc essing.
