Abstract
Signal-to-noise ratio and tracking linearity of a signal source can be improved using a combination of oversampling technology and delta-sig ma modulation. The tracking linearity at small output signal levels is especially improved using this technology with limiting word length f eeding to an existing output digital-to-analog converter, at analog-to -digital converter test signal generations.
