Abstract
Minor salivary gland neoplasms are extremly rare in the nasopharynx. W e herein report a case of a 68-year-old man with a rapidly expanding m yoepithelial carcinoma of the nasopharynx. The classification of this carcinoma as well as the difficulty in effective treatment are discuss ed A review of the literature is given.
