Abstract
The linewidth of injection C3-laser based on AlGaAs/GaAs is investigat ed. A strong dependence of the linewidth on the drive currents and the gap between the cavities is found. The optimum tuning provides a less linewidth than the corresponding linewidth of a laser with a plane ca vity.
