Abstract
On the basis of a Q-switch Nd:YAlO3 laser (second harmonic lambda = 0. 54 mm) a laser-plasma radiation source has been created for the invest igation of focusing X-ray multilayer mirrors of normal incidence. By t he example of Mo-Si coating mirror (lambda=19.3 nm), the possibility t o measure angular resolution of less than 1'', spectral dependence of reflectivity and its uniformity across the aperture is shown.
