Dynamic properties of the electrooptical cell employed in lasers with
external feedback have been investigated. A spectrum of the feedback s
ignal consisting of equidistant harmonics is applied to the electrodes
of the cell, the spectrum being restricted by the frequency propertie
s of the negative feedback circuit. The parameters of the unsteady-sta
te process occurring in the cell-have been determined for the first ti
me: conditions of self-excitation, damping time, period of the oscilla
tory process. The conditions of stability of the negative feedback cir
cuit have been studied. The stabilizing properties of the electrooptic
al circuit have been estimated.
