Abstract
A six-channel detector was used to study the space and time structure of electron beams, the energy spectra of electrons, and the intensity distribution of X-rays produced by compact pulsed nanosecond accelerat ors with a voltage of 1-1.5 MV incorporating TEN and IA-9 sealed tubes with different energies stored in the discharge circuit.
