Abstract
The effect of the Juvenile hormone ''Manina'' applied topically on the abdomical tergum of the univoltine silkworm Bombyx mori L, after four th moult, has been studied. Several economic characters of silkworm we re observed. An increase in larval weight, Cocoon weight, shell weight , shell ratio, filament length and larval duration was observed.
