Abstract
A C-13 NMR approach of molecular dynamics of solid C70 is presented. A strong correlation between the measured spin-lattice relaxation times T1, their temperature dependence and sample purity is described and c ompared to the solid C60 behaviour. An axial rotation of C70 molecules and their random orientation at room temperature is demonstrated by c hemical shift anisotropy analysis.
