UNDERSTANDING AND ENHANCING FAMILY COMMUNICATIONS

Many of the problems of the family are related to its faulty, confusin g or maladaptive communication pattern. The author highlights the impo rtance and complexity of family communication. She analyses family com munication patterns to detect the maladaptive and adaptive elements. T he methods of guiding families in a direction of healthy communication is suggested via developmental programmes and the technology of educa tion is also suggested for this.
