Abstract
Advantages of solid-state electrochemical devices are the ease of prod uction, no possibility of leakage. and no electrolyte evaporation. One result of the search for such a device is the electrochromic display sketched in the Figure, which uses polyaniline and Prussian Blue as th e active electrochromic materials and an elastomer containing Li-ClO4 as the solid-state electrolyte.
