A method for modelling large mass bolometric detectors was developed.
It is based on the analysis of the different pulse shapes obtained whe
n a particle deposits its energy in the absorber or in the temperature
sensor. SPICE was used for the simulation. Small and large signal ana
lysis is carried on. The model was used for the accurate parameter ext
raction of two TeO2 detectors of 70g and 330g respectively. Results su
ggest a possible field-effect dependence of the electron-phonon therma
l conductance and electron heat capacity in the NTD thermistors used.
