Abstract
Seventy children and adolescents with infantile autism were tested wit h the Griffiths Mental Development Scale II. A characteristic profile emerged with peaks in motor and visuo-spatial domains and troughs in v erbal and practical reasoning areas. These results support conclusions from previous research using other cognitive tests.
