Abstract
Development of steady flow of a uniform liquid film over a domed cylin der in both laminar and turbulent regimes was formulated and solved. D epending on the inlet condition, the flow may start with the accelerat ing or decelerating mode and arrive at the terminal velocity asymptoti cally.
