Abstract
We report an unusual case of new critical stenoses at the origins of a ll the large arteries arising from the left main coronary artery (left anterior descending, intermedius and circumflex) occurring in a young male patient eight months after an uncomplicated percutaneous translu minal coronary angioplasty of a mid-left anterior descending artery st enosis. This is the first such report and may represent a variant of l eft main coronary artery stenosis. We have briefly reviewed and discus sed the literature on denovo development of left main coronary stenosi s after angioplasty.
