Abstract
After 10 or more consecutive daily injections (I.P. 50 mg/kg for devel oping, adult and aged, 2.5 mg/mouse for neonatal) of total bovine gang liosides, rats were trained to perform the discrimination tasks. The r esults show that gangliosides can enhance the learning ability and mem ory retention in rats at different ages.
