Abstract
A degree of the tumour pH decrease under different doses (3.0 to 12.0 g/kg) and methods of artificial hyperglycemia (intravenous and intrape ritoneal), as well as blood indices (hemoglobin, hematocrit, erythrocy tes, viscosity) in rats with sarcoma 45 have been comparatively studie d. It is shown that intravenous artificial hyperglycemia promotes more considerable decrease of the tumour pH as compared with intraperitone al one, disorders of homeostasis in tumour-bearing animals being less pronounced.
