Abstract
it has been established that the modified scheme of post-operative che motherapy applied to ovarian cancer patients and based on the individu al selection of cytostatics and their combined (systemic and local) us e, exerted a positive effect on development of antimetastatic resistan ce. The latter was assessed according to the ratio between inhibitors and stimulators of all proliferation in the blood serum of patients. T he ratio between positive and negative growth factors in the blood ser um is in line with the clinical status of patients and characteristics of the disease course.
