Abstract
The relative and absolute stereochemical requirements for high affinit y binding to the human NK-1 receptor are defined for a series of quinu clidine ethers. Whilst the S stereochemistry at C-3 is essential for h igh affinity, surprisingly both epimers at C-2 are active.
