The neutrino energy loss rates due to recombination neutrino process a
re calculated for nonrelative electrons in the framework of the Weinbe
rg-Salam theory. The Coulomb distortion effects for the electrons in t
he continuum states are accurately taken into account. These effects r
educe the neutrino energy loss rates drastically, by more than 1.5 ord
ers of magnitude. Comparison with other neutrino processes is made. It
is found that the recombination neutrino process is a dominant neutri
no process for relatively large Z-values at relatively low densities a
nd low temperatures. The results of the calculation are expressed by a
n analytical fitting formula.
