THE IMPORTANCE OF ANESTHESIA (FENTANYL, D IAZEPAM AND DROPERIDOL VERSUS KETAMIN AS WELL AS PENTOBARBITAL) FOR THE TOTAL CLEARANCES OF CR-51EDTA AND I-125 HIPPURAN IN THE RAT
S. Gellert et al., THE IMPORTANCE OF ANESTHESIA (FENTANYL, D IAZEPAM AND DROPERIDOL VERSUS KETAMIN AS WELL AS PENTOBARBITAL) FOR THE TOTAL CLEARANCES OF CR-51EDTA AND I-125 HIPPURAN IN THE RAT, Nieren- und Hochdruckkrankheiten, 22(8), 1993, pp. 406-411
In a comparative investigation with fentanyl, diazepam and droperidol
vs. ketamin or pentobarbital in male wistar rats we found the best cle
arance results under the anaesthesia with pentobarbital. The Cr-51-EDT
A-clearance for the determination of the glomerular filtration rate (G
FR) was 1 +/- 0.13, the I-125-hippuran-clearance for the determination
of the effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) was 2.93 +/- 0.508 ml/min/1
00 g body weight (BW). After uninephrectomy the function of the remain
ing kidney arised to nearly 70% of two kidneys.
