Abstract
A case is reported in which a perforation of the sinus floor of the ma xillary sinus occurred with extrusion of a calcium hydroxide paste dur ing routine root canal treatment of a maxillary premolar. All clinical manifestations are described as well as the results of a follow-up ev aluation.
