Abstract
Participation in the Ovine Brucellosis Accredited Free Flock Scheme wi ll soon plateau. The disease is still prevalent in commercial flocks. For continued progress with ovine brucellosis control in NSW, a change in emphasis from a purely advisory approach towards selective regulat ory action and eradication in commercial flocks through voluntary grou ps is appropriate.
