R. Gendler et Ha. Mitty, EVOLUTION OF A TYPE-B AORTIC DISSECTION FOLLOWING RENAL-ARTERY ANGIOPLASTY, The Mount Sinai journal of medicine, 60(4), 1993, pp. 330-332
Percutaneous renal artery angioplasty is an accepted treatment for ren
al artery stenosis. A variety of complications have been reported rela

viously unreported complication of renal artery angioplasty. A mechani
sm for this complication in this patient is postulated.
