Abstract
Twenty-one patients with postpolio syndrome were surveyed to determine otolaryngologic symptoms. An alteration in voice, dysphagia, and fati gue were the most common symptoms reported. Prevailing etiologic theor ies are presented, and treatment recommendations are offered.
