ASSIGNMENTS OF THE H-1 AND C-13 NMR-SPECTRA OF S-4-HYDROXY-N-9-FLUORENYLMETHOXYCARBONYL-L-PROLINE - USING ONE-DIMENSIONAL AND 2-DIMENSIONALNMR-SPECTROSCOPY
Dw. Aksnes et al., ASSIGNMENTS OF THE H-1 AND C-13 NMR-SPECTRA OF S-4-HYDROXY-N-9-FLUORENYLMETHOXYCARBONYL-L-PROLINE - USING ONE-DIMENSIONAL AND 2-DIMENSIONALNMR-SPECTROSCOPY, Magnetic resonance in chemistry, 31(9), 1993, pp. 876-877
The H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra of s-4-hydroxy-N-9-fluorenylmethoxycarbon
yl-L-proline show a 56:44 mixture of two conformers due to hindered ro
tation around the partial C-N double bond. A combination of homo- and
heteronuclear 1 D and 2D NMR techniques provided the assignments of th
e H-1 and C-13 resonances.
