Abstract
The H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra of s-4-hydroxy-N-9-fluorenylmethoxycarbon yl-L-proline show a 56:44 mixture of two conformers due to hindered ro tation around the partial C-N double bond. A combination of homo- and heteronuclear 1 D and 2D NMR techniques provided the assignments of th e H-1 and C-13 resonances.
