Abstract
By use of t-butyl 3-chloro(methoxy)phosphorothioylamino!propanoate (1 ), a general method was developed that allowed the preparation of anal ogues of specific organothiophosphates; these analogues are suitable f or use as haptens in the development of tests for detection of the ind ividual organophosphates. The bifunctional reagent (1) was convenientl y prepared from readily available starting materials.
